Parboiled rice with a medium-large grain with a compact structure. Thanks to the treatment with high temperature steam under pressure and subsequent rapid drying, the grain becomes translucent and amber, trapping vitamins, fibers and mineral salts acquiring the same nutritional content as brown rice. Parboiled rice also has reduced cooking times and does not overcook, ideal characteristics for the creation of quick dishes and for storage in the fridge. Ideal for risotto, salads and side dishes.
