For shipments in Italy youdreamitaly.com uses the collaboration of UPS, GLS, BRT, DHL couriers.
Delivery times in Italy are 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and/or Remote Areas served with longer times).
A slightly more expensive express delivery is also available, which can be used perhaps for fresh products.
For abroad youdreamitaly.com uses the collaboration of UPS, GLS and DHL couriers.
Delivery times for standard shipments are 48/72 hours for Europe. Remote areas may be served with longer times.
It is also possible to choose EXPRESS shipping for abroad which guarantees delivery in 24/48 hours in Europe, at a slightly higher cost.
We always offer the possibility of selecting, at a slightly higher cost, a UPS EXPRESS shipment that delivers throughout Europe in 24/48 working hours. Excellent choice for fresh products (Mozzarella , Cheeses, Fresh Desserts etc ). We recommend EXPRESS shipping for perishable products especially in the summer period and we do NOT assume responsibility in the case of standard shipments lasting more than 72 hours containing fresh goods.
The price refers to each package shipped with a maximum weight of 65 kg. Therefore, to optimize the cost of transport, it is convenient to compose 65 kg packages.

Outside Europe, delivery is always express in 72/96 hours (See USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China etc....):
Fresh products (mozzarella, cheeses, piennolo del vesuvio , pastry items) are shipped in Italy until Wednesday, in EUROPE until Tuesday. This is to avoid possible weekend overlaps and unnecessary stops at the courier warehouses. All other NON-perishable items are shipped every day from Monday to Friday.
An automatic email will communicate the tracking of the shipment.
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the order entry phase if the buyer fills out the order on the youdreamitaly.com website, otherwise they will be calculated by our customer service and communicated to the customer.
The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase. If delivery is not successful (in the event that the customer is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by the shipper who will automatically deliver the next day. After 48 hours, if the customer is still absent, the goods will be stored for up to a maximum of 10 days. Youdreamitaly.com is not responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier's fault. Especially for perishable items (mozzarella, fresh sweets, etc. ), Youdreamitaly cannot be held responsible for any delays due to factors not inherent to its organization.
Upon receipt of the package, we invite you to check:
• that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the number delivered;
• that the package is intact and undamaged; any disputes must be reported to the courier by indicating on the waybill that you sign for collection, the wording Collected subject to inspection, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.
• Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within ten days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail . Any reports beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full
responsibility for what is declared . For large orders, any difference in shipping costs will be communicated by email.
For shipments outside the EU (United States , Switzerland , Norway, etc. ), the costs of import duties are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be quantified in advance. It will be the responsibility of the customs officer to communicate their value.
In the event of breakage of the goods during transport, we invite you to keep the packaging and the damaged goods to allow the courier's inspector to make technical assessments and ascertain responsibilities. Only and exclusively in the presence of this circumstance, it will be possible to open a complaint against the carrier who has taken charge of our goods.
