The following materials are used in the warehouse: 

Bubble wrap : To protect all delicate items such as glass, and as a final protection to make the packaging soft and shock-proof 

Stretch: To wrap the entire package and protect it from any atmospheric agents 

Styrofoam food containers: Created specifically for transporting food. Used to enclose delicate items but also fresh goods such as mozzarella, cheeses and pastries 

Cardboard and tape to package non-perishable and less fragile items. 

As for shipments of fresh products, the product is sent directly from the manufacturer a few hours after production, therefore in the morning. 
Fresh cheeses such as Mozzarella di Bufala and other types travel together with the governing liquid. Enclosed in double food bags, enclosed inside the aforementioned polystyrene containers. 

***During hot periods all perishable products are accompanied by ice gel to maintain the temperature*** 

Their weight is different from other products, the liquid must be considered which weighs 3 times more than the weight of the product and has the function of preserving its freshness. 

These products are shipped by express courier with delivery within 24 hours throughout Italy and in some areas, it can also deliver in 48 hours. 
In Europe 48/72 hours. 

For shipping abroad of fresh and seasoned products, it is done via the express courier UPS which delivers in 48/72 hours in the main European countries such as Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Holland, Ireland, Luxembourg, England and other countries. 

For shipments to NON-European countries where transit times exceed 72 hours we only ship NON-perishable items such as Pasta, coffee, flour, peeled tomatoes, preserves etc ……
