Provenance:
Only from hillside vineyards with good exposure present along the hilly valleys of the province of Avellino. The Fiano vineyards, composed of an average of 3000 vines per hectare and yield of 80 quintals / hectare, are cultivated in clay and limestone soils.
The vines cling to clay, sandy or limestone rocks.

Oenological technique:
Manual harvest in the first ten days of October, static decantation of the must after soft pressing of the bunches; inoculation with selected yeasts on the clear, fermentation and aging in steel.
