Grappa, the oldest and most traditional distillate in Northern Italy, is a pomace brandy that is obtained by distilling the fermented grape skins that derive from the production of wine. The skins have the particularity of concentrating the main aromatic substances of the berry and from their distillation a precious transparent and crystalline liquid is obtained, rich in multiple organoleptic sensations. The Maestri Grappa Invecchiata Bottega, dedicated to the Masters of Art and Culture, is produced with a technique capable of combining tradition and innovation; the aging in wood then gives it the characteristic amber color and enriches the bouquet with unique and persuasive notes.
