Casa D'Ambra Per'E' Palummo is a high quality red wine, produced on the island of Ischia, with 100% Per'E' Palummo grapes, from the vineyards of Fiaiano (Municipality of Barano d'Ischia) and Serrara Fontana. The vineyards, located at an average altitude of 200/300 meters above sea level with a North/East-East exposure, benefit from an ideal microclimate for the production of distinctive wines. The vinification takes place with maceration of the whole grapes for 5/10 days, followed by refinement and maturation in the bottle. The wine has an intense ruby red color and offers a vinous and delicate aroma. On the palate, it is characterized by its strong and soft flavor, with an alcohol content of 12% Vol. Ideal to pair with grilled or roast red meats and spicy or fermented cheeses, Per'E' Palummo is perfect for enriching a variety of dishes and convivial moments. Serve at 18-20°C to best enhance its organoleptic qualities. Available in 75 cl format.
