CYLINDER WITH MEASURED INGREDIENTS FOR PASTIERA NAPOLETANA Prepare the classic Pastiera Napoletana quickly and easily with our cylinder containing ingredients already measured. The Chirico Cooked Wheat, thanks to the gelled starch, allows you to obtain a perfectly blended dough, reducing the need to add too much butter and eggs. THE BOX CONTAINS: -240 g of shortcrust pastry mix (soft wheat flour "00", sugar, wheat starch, soy flour, whey powder, stabilizer: xanthan gum; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; flavorings, coloring: annatto) -220 g of CHIRICO Cooked Wheat (wheat, water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid) -20 g of candied orange (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose) -2 g of cinnamon powder -1 g of orange blossom flavoring -0.5 g of vanilla FREE COOKING WHEEL INGREDIENTS TO ADD: -250 g of Ricotta Romana -4 Eggs -100 g of Butter METHOD: -Knead the shortcrust pastry mix with 1 egg and 80 g of butter. Form a loaf and let it rest in the fridge. -In a bowl, mix the cooked wheat, ricotta, sugar, 2 whole eggs, 1 yolk and the flavourings. -Roll out the loaf, leaving 1/3 aside for the decorative strips. -Line a buttered baking pan with the rolled out pastry. -Pour the mixture into the pan and decorate with seven strips of pastry. -Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes. -Let it cool before serving. With the Pastiera Cylinder, you can bring all the flavour of Neapolitan tradition to the table with the utmost simplicity.
