It was born from the desire to give shape to a dream, that of bringing back to life the ancient popular ritual of "making the butteglie". Since 2007, Gustarosso has opened his own km0 shop within the cooperative. They implement traceability by meticulously following the entire tomato production process. Today they have 60 members and with a total area of about 200 hectares. Behind each jar of San Marzano tomatoes there is a "supply chain" made up of farmers, technicians and meticulous controls.
