JANARE Greco Sannio D.O.P. from the La Guardiense winery is a high quality white wine, obtained 100% from Greco grapes coming from Sannio Beneventano in Campania. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, this wine is characterized by its intense straw yellow color and a fragrance rich in fruity, intense and persistent tones. The grapes are harvested in the second half of September. The vinification involves cryo-maceration at 8°C followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 15 days.
