Mastroberardino Falanghina del Sannio DOC white wine

The Falanghina del Sannio DOC from the Mastroberardino winery is a high quality white wine, produced on the Apice estate, located at an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The soil of the estate is medium-textured, rich in texture and with a predominantly south-east exposure. The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September. The vinification takes place with the classic white method, using temperature-controlled steel tanks. This process preserves the freshness and organoleptic characteristics of the wine. At sight, it has a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of citrus, tropical fruits, peach, banana and white flowers. On the palate, it stands out for its great freshness and persistence, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. This wine pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish, grilled and baked white fish. To best appreciate its qualities, we recommend serving it at the ideal temperature of 12-14°C.
