Mastroberardino Vino Fiano di Avellino DOCG white 0.375 Lt

The Fiano di Avellino DOCG from the Mastroberardino winery is a high quality white wine, produced exclusively with Fiano grapes from the Manocalzati and Montefalcione estates. These estates are located on medium-textured and loose soils, with south-east exposure, at an average altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The grape harvest takes place manually in the first ten days of October. The vinification is classic in white and takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by refinement for at least a month in the bottle. This wine has a straw yellow color. The nose is delicate, with hints of fresh fruit, almond, hazelnut, white flowers, citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and withered flowers. On the palate, it is delicate and full-bodied, with evident floral notes that enhance its complexity. Ideal to pair with fresh cheeses, buffalo mozzarella, legume-based dishes, seafood, fish sauces, white meats, shellfish, salmon and tuna. The recommended serving temperature is between 12°C and 14°C.
