The Barbera Beneventano D.O.C VIGNOLÈ red wine from Vinicola del Sannio comes from the province of Benevento, where the Barbera vine finds its ideal habitat in fresh, loose soils. The vinification involves maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature of 18°C, soft pressing and refinement in the tank, with a cold stabilization process. Visually, it presents an intense purplish red color. On the nose, it offers an intense fruity and floral bouquet, while on the palate it is characterized by hints of fruit and flowers, with balanced tannins and a long finish. It is ideal to pair with baked pasta, grilled meats and the typical Scarpella Vennerese. The alcohol content is 12.5% vol. and should be served at a temperature of 14-16 °C.
