Vinicola del Sannio Falanghina del Sannio wine D.O.P. VIGNOLÈ

The Falanghina del Sannio D.O.P. wine VIGNOLÈ from Vinicola del Sannio comes from the province of Benevento, where the vines are grown on hilly terrain with good exposure to the sun. The Falanghina vine, harvested manually, is delicately pressed and the clear must undergoes a long-lasting controlled fermentation, which enhances the fragrant notes of the wine. Visually, the wine appears brilliant white with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is fruity and floral, intense and persistent. On the palate, it offers good freshness and flavor with a fruity profile. Excellent in combination with seafood dishes, light fried foods, grilled meats and raw fish. Alcohol content 12.5% vol. Serve at a temperature of 10°C.
