Il Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G. VIGNOLÈ by Vinicola del Sannio is a prestigious white wine, obtained from vineyards grown on the hills with good exposure in the authorized municipalities of the province of Avellino. The soils of these places, traditionally suited to viticulture, give the wine its distinctive characteristics. The grape harvest takes place manually during the month of October. After soft pressing of the bunches, the must is fermented in steel tanks with the help of selected yeasts. This winemaking method preserves the freshness and organoleptic qualities of the wine. The wine has a straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers a fresh aroma with hints of white and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is fine, full and satisfying, with a freshness that ends with a finish rich in flavor, enhancing the gustatory persistence. Il Greco di Tufo D.O.C.G. VIGNOLÈ is an elegant wine that pairs perfectly with fried blue fish, risottos and white meats. The alcohol content is 13% vol. and should be served at the ideal temperature of 8-10 °C.
