Vinicola del Sannio Greek wine D.O.P. VIGNOLÈ white

Greek Wine D.O.P. VIGNOLÈ by Vinicola del Sannio is a white wine with great character, produced in the province of Benevento. The Greco grapes, harvested manually between September and October, are pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. This process enhances the organoleptic qualities of the wine, which has a straw yellow color and a fruity bouquet with notes of peach and almonds. On the palate it is a full-bodied, savory and pleasant wine, perfect for accompanying Mediterranean cuisine, fish, white meat and medium-aged cheeses. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it should be served at a temperature of 10°C to fully appreciate all its nuances.
