The Primitivo di Manduria Orus DOC by Vinosia is a fine red wine, obtained from 100% Primitivo grapes, grown in the splendid area of Avellino. This wine embodies all the aromas and sensations typical of its land of origin. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand in the third ten days of September. The vinification involves a maceration of approximately 7 days, followed by a partial fermentation with native yeasts and a completely carried out malolactic fermentation. The wine ages for 14 months in French oak barriques before being bottled. Primitivo di Manduria Orus DOC has a deep ruby red color and dark highlights. On the nose, it releases an aromatic scent of black berry fruit, accompanied by a notable spiciness. On the palate, it is harmonious, with good acidity, with soft tannins that give elegance and structure.
