The seeds of our tomatoes are all Italian: there are no foreign seeds.

Tomatoes come from the fields of our cultivating members of Southern Italy, in Puglia. Tomatoes are harvested at an optimal stage of maturation. To collect them in this way, constant monitoring of land, plants and climate is required. Nothing is left to chance.

Tomatoes are not absolutely stressed on the way from the field to the processing center of the product. Only in this way, by entrusting ourselves to the best machinery, can we preserve the freshness of the tomato intact, even putting it in a jar.

The time that passes from harvesting the tomato to putting it into a jar must be very short.
