unique territory.
Denomination: Irpinia Aglianico DOC
Grapes: Aglianico from the historic vineyard "Dal Re"
Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in
steel tanks for about 3-4 weeks.
Maturation: Minimum 18 months in oak barrels
French and medium toasted 50 hl barrels.
Aging: Minimum 12 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic test: Ruby red color. Complex bouquet of
cherry jam, sweet spices, licorice, coffee and cocoa. Balanced in the mouth. Strong minerality and great persistence.
Food matches: Excellent with roasted red meats, poultry
noble, game and mature cheeses.
