The number 50 identifies the cabal the sailor . We liked to think of 50 as a beer from the sea by virtue of its freshness and peculiarity.
The wheat was one of the first cereals cultivated by man and not be surprised if it was soon used for the preparation of beer.
Wheat beers have aromas and flavors really typical compared to all other beers. This distinctive, characterized by components and spicy fruit, goes back to the particular yeast used in fermentation.
