Classic Milanese artisanal Panettone soaked in "Fiano di Avellino" white wine (Passo delle Tortore), is a sweet symbol of Milan and the king of Christmas tables. Prepared with flour, natural sourdough, fresh egg yolk and butter. 72 hours of processing, as tradition dictates, give the characteristic alveolation and an inimitable fragrance. Our panettone is soaked in the white wine "BACIO DELLE TORTORE" from the Passo delle Tortore company with grapes coming from high hilly lands, located in Lapio, an area of great vocation for the production of Fiano grapes. The climatic conditions and the strong temperature variations give life to a fresh, fruity wine with hints of honey, lime and tropical fruit. Over time, the evolution in the bottle will produce notes of candied citron and toasted hazelnut, which will make the wine even more complex.
