This citrus fruit is the basic product from which we begin to obtain a quality product through the selection of Mandarins, which come exclusively from the municipalities of the Phlegraean Fields and in particular from the municipality of Bacoli.
Once peeled by hand, the skins are infused together with a mixture of water, sugar and alcohol.
A completely natural process, which Campi Flegrei Box has reinterpreted, in the quantities of the recipe and in the infusion times, to offer a healthy product without additives or preservatives in which the essential oils of the peels incredibly characterize this liqueur.
