Grandma's secret for making majestic, beautiful and tasty cakes was in the leavening. An exclusive mix based on cream of tartar that was made at home and added to the dough. She decorated, she thought of borrowing the formulation, enriching it with natural Bourbon vanilla flavor from Madagascar and making it ready for use. The result? The classic vanilla for desserts. A yeast which, unlike other yeasts on the market, does not contain any ingredients of animal origin. It is therefore ideal for vegan and vegetarian diets and for yeast intolerances. It gives volume to soft pastry baked cakes, margherita cakes, sponge cake, biscuits and shortcrust pastry.
