The Falerno Aloara is a tribute to the Lombard princess Aloara who visited the lands of the Caldana area, known for the therapeutic properties of sulphurous water, but considered above all sites of election of the Falerno in the territory of Mondragone.

Vinification technique: manual harvest with selection of the bunches.

Pressing of intact grapes, cold decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature.

One half of the monster ferments in new oak barrels, the other half in first and second passage oak barrels.

The Aloara has a bright intense yellow color.
The scent is characterized by notes of exotic fruits, acacia honey and white flowers.
The taste is soft with a good aromatic persistence and final aromatic notes of toasted almonds and cinnamon.

Gastronomic combinations:
Ideal as an aperitif, it accompanies any type
of appetizer and dishes based on fish and vegetables.
