Organoleptic examination
Brilliant straw yellow. Floral and fruity notes on the nose. Fresh and lively in the mouth, then enveloping and silky. Long and persistent finish. Very fine perlage and soft foam.
Gastronomic pairings
Ideal as an aperitif. It goes well with fresh and soft cheeses, vegetable first courses, seafood risottos and white meats.
