The controlled sprouting, the result of a five-year research by Molino Quaglia, allows an optimal fermentation of the dough, guaranteeing the obtainment of crumbly, light products in which the aroma of the wheat is enhanced. Ideal for flat pizza, pizza in shovel and in Roman-style pan, focaccia, all types of bread.
