9 Meatballs made with minced meat, bread, egg and cheese, fried and then slowly sautéed in tomato sauce. Ready to use, they are ideal both for seasoning a plate of pasta and for serving as a second course, perhaps in a "cuzzetto" of bread to create the famous "marenna".
