PANETTONE INGREDIENTS: leavened mix (type "0" soft WHEAT flour, sugar, emulsifiers: E471, skimmed MILK powder, iodized salt, dextrose, powdered EGG yolk, flavorings), water, dairy BUTTER, brewer’s yeast, millefiori honey, panettone flavoring (vegetable oil, citrus orange oil, E1519 benzyl alcohol 5%), orange paste flavoring (sugar, glucose, plant extracts; thickeners: carrageenan E407, pectin E440, vegetable color: beta-carotene E160, flavorings), black cherry syrup (sugar, water, black cherry juice 13%, citric acid as acidifier, flavorings, anthocyanin colorant), salt, natural vanilla (glucose, sugar, natural vanilla extract).

Coating 20%: substitute (sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed MILK powder (19%), low-fat cocoa 10-12% cocoa butter, emulsifier SOY lecithin, flavorings), amaretto crumbs (sugar, type 0 WHEAT flour, powdered EGG white, apricot ALMONDS, flavorings).

CREAM INGREDIENTS: Milk cream: (sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil), powdered MILK whey, thickener: modified starch, emulsifier: E322 SOY lecithin, E471, salt, flavorings), rum flavoring.
