Made according to the rigorous I.G.P. with 100% Italian wheat in bags and from the best crops, Gragnano pasta represents the tradition of Italian master pasta makers. Once the ingredients have been chosen, the master pasta maker sifts the durum wheat semolina to verify the purity of the product before starting production. The bronze drawing and slow drying give the pasta that particular roughness, which allows a perfect union with the sauce. Dried in static cells at low temperature for at least 24 hours, in order to preserve the quality and taste of the product.
