The harvest takes place at the end of October, beginning of November, with manual harvesting. Classic red vinification, long maceration with the skins at a controlled temperature.
Aging in French oak barrels and Slavonian oak barrels for a period of about 30 months and at least 36 months of aging in bottle

Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby ​​red color.
The nose reveals a broad, complex, intense and full of scents reminiscent of cherries, violets, small red fruits and a peculiar spicy aroma.
The taste in the mouth is enveloping and elegant. Aromas of plum, black cherry, strawberries and intense spicy sensations emerge.
