I Sunflower seeds are oily seeds that are considered "health seeds" thanks to the many beneficial properties they bring to our body. Sunflower seeds help fight cholesterol, reducing the bad one thanks to fatty acids like linoleic acid. They have laxative properties thanks to the high fiber content and help in case of constipation.
