VINIFICATION: The grapes harvested at the time of their complete maturation, after destemming and crushing, undergo fermentation with a 30-day maceration. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in new oak barrels follows. Method and aging before bottling: 12 months in new oak barrels
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The color is deep ruby red. The complex smell recalls black cherries, ripe plums and licorice. Dense to the taste and with well balanced tannins, it has a persistent aromatic base of tobacco and black pepper.
Serve at the ideal temperature of 6 ° C.
