From Tre Marie's passion for innovation comes a dessert for coffee lovers that blends in harmony with pieces of extra dark chocolate. Inspired by haute patisserie recipes, we added pieces of semi-candied apricot which with its sweetness harmonizes the strong taste of the coffee and helps to make the dough extremely soft. To be sprinkled with coffee flavored icing sugar for a gourmet touch.
INGREDIENTS :
Wheat flour, butter, sugar, extra dark chocolate 10.3% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural flavoring), semi-candied apricot (apricot cubes, sugar, acidifier: citric acid ), fresh egg yolk from free-range hens 7.2%, natural yeast [mother yeast (wheat flour, water), yeast], ground roasted coffee 1%, whey powder emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids salt aromas.
Coffee flavored icing sugar in sachet (3.2% of the finished product). Ingredients: sugar, wheat starch, flavor.
