An extraordinary wine "born by chance" from a historic vineyard discovered in the heart of Irpinia: atypical and unique merlot thanks to the contribution of
our territory. The only interpretation of an international variety proposed by Feudi di San Gregorio.

Grapes: Merlot
Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in tanks
of steel for about 3 weeks.
Maturation: Minimum 18 months in medium toasted French oak barriques.
Aging: Minimum 10 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic test: Ruby red, clear and impenetrable at the same time. The aromas of jam of small black fruits, sweet spices, eucalyptus, vanilla and coffee are clear. The tannins are sweet, fine and soft, the total balance goes towards harmony. The finish is a long persistence of sensations of fruit, spices and roasting.
Food pairings: Extraordinary also on its own, it goes well with roasted or stewed red meats, with great cheeses.
