Our artisanal Panettone in collaboration with IL MIO VIAGGIO A NAPLES with Neapolitan babà flavor is a soft dough of the classic recipe, obtained with flour, natural mother yeast, butter and fresh egg yolk, it is enriched with a delicious cream filling Neapolitan Baba". The rich white chocolate icing with amaretto grains makes this Panettone a masterpiece of sweetness.
The package consists of:
1.Panettone covered with white chocolate and amaretto chips 800g
2. 200g piping bag with "Neapolitan Babà" cream
Total weight with made in home filling 1kg (approximately).

PANETTONE INGREDIENTS: Soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, free-range EGG yolk, natural yeast (soft WHEAT flour, water) , honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, whole MILK powder, natural flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring.
White chocolate coating (sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier lecithin (SOYA), flavourings, amaretto chips.
Neapolitan babà cream piping bag:
(sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oils), skimmed MILK powder, whey powder, cocoa butter, gelling agent, modified starch, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), E471, salt, flavourings), rum flavouring, vanillin.
