The leavening of Oro di Macina mother yeast varies and depends on the quantity of brewer's yeast used as a trigger. Dose: 100 gr of yeast per 1 kg of flour
(10% of mother yeast on the weight of the flour).
Allergens: The product contains gluten and is made in a plant that also processes soy, milk and derivatives, lupine and sesame.
