Technical details: Costiera flour is ideal for leavening within the day for 8/12 hours at room temperature; it can be matured for 24 hours or 48 hours in a refrigeration cell at 4°C.
Conservation advice: it is advisable to keep the flour in a cool, dry place, at a temperature of 18°/20° C and a maximum humidity of 45%, to ensure perfect yield during use. Incorrect storage can compromise its use during processing. Available in 10 kg and 25 kg bags.
Allergens: the product contains gluten and is made in a factory that also processes soy, milk and derivatives, lupine and sesame.
