Larger and more full-bodied variant of the classic Fusilli of the Campania tradition which in ancient times were produced by hand according to a method handed down from "mother to daughter". It involved twisting spaghetti around a knitting needle with a very quick gesture and expert hands, the type of skill was very reminiscent of that of the spinners and in fact the term “fusillo” derives from “spindle”, the tool that the spinners used.

The Fusilli Giganti are particularly suitable for dishes with strong and decisive flavors or even for recipes that include the "jump" in the pan.
