VINEYARD AND LAND: The estates for the production of Aglianico

PERIOD AND HARVEST SYSTEM: Between the end of October and the beginning of November. Manual collection.

VINIFICATION AND AGING: Classic red vinification in steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging in wood for 10 months and in bottle for about 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby ​​red. The nose reveals intense aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, violet and spices.
In the mouth, elegant and soft, with notes of wild berries and strawberry jam.
