La Grade FIANO DI AVELLINO NAME OF CONTROLLED AND GUARANTEED ORIGIN

The deliberately clear, limpid floral vein, rendered with the utmost purity for an elegant wine with a naturally complex and graceful structure.

Format: 0.75 lt

Grapes: Fiano di Avellino.

Soil: fresh, very soft and of volcanic origin, from the hills between the municipalities of Atripalda and S. Potito Ultra.

Harvest: first ten days of October.

Vinification: soft crushing, pressing of whole bunches, static cold clarification, fermentation partially carried out also with autochthonous yeast starter, malolactic fermentation not completely carried out.

Organoleptic characteristics.
Color: Straw yellow
Aroma: The bouquet is broad, with hints of pear, pineapple, acacia, toasted hazelnut, honey and hawthorn.
Taste: In the mouth it has good acidity but at the same time of great softness

Accompaniments: to be enjoyed in combination with fish based dishes, and to accompany fresh and slightly seasoned cheeses, even with herbs.
