VINIFICATION AND AGING: White vinification of the whole grapes, without contact with the skins, in steel tanks at
controlled temperature. About 10 months on the lees and 6 months in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: pale straw color with gray reflections. The nose is particularly elegant, characterized by ample and complex floral notes, lily of the valley and citrus, well fused
with delicate fruity notes. From the fresh, sapid and decisive head, with an intense mineral aftertaste.
Food matches: Appetizers, fish-based soups and soups. First courses, Risotti, pasta and fish-based soups o
legumes. Main courses Salami and fresh cheeses typical of the
Irpinia tradition.
