Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in tanks
of steel for about 2-3 weeks.
Maturation: About 3 months in steel.
Aging: Minimum 1 month in the bottle.
Organoleptic test: Dense ruby red. Opens with immediacy on fruits
red like plum, blackberry and cherry to finish in spicy and mineral sensations. A full body emerges on the palate with a persistent freshness.
