The Montemarano vineyard, characterized by a south-east exposure and a clay soil, facing south-west and a well-drained free-sandy soil.

The harvest takes place at the end of October, beginning of November, with manual harvesting. Its vinification is carried out in red, a maceration with the skins at a controlled temperature and aging in oak barrels and barrels for about 24 months and at least 24 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby ​​red color.
The nose reveals a broad, complex, intense and full of scents reminiscent of cherries, violets, small red fruits and a peculiar spicy aroma.
