VINEYARDS AND SOIL: The estates for the production of the white Mastro are located on a predominantly calcareous clay soil, with an exposure to Southeast and on average altitudes of 350 m above sea level
PERIOD AND HARVEST SYSTEM: Mid-October, manual harvest.
VINIFICATION AND AGING: Classic white vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Refine for at least a month in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow. On the nose the bouquet recalls fresh flowers, pineapple, peach and citrus fruits.
In the mouth, it confirms a good freshness with balanced acidity and notes of citrus and quince.
Gastronomic combinations: Simple dishes based on fish and shellfish. White meat
Serve at the ideal temperature of 12-14 ° C
