The power of Aglianico translated into elegant suggestions of blackberry, spice and cocoa supported by silky and fully expressive tannins of the Irpinia terroir.

Grapes: Aglianico.
Soil: of volcanic origin, soft.
Harvest: first ten days of November.
Vinification: maceration for about 12 days, fermentation partially conducted also with indigenous yeast starter, malolactic fermentation carried out completely in French oak. Aging of
18 months in French oak barrels.
