From hillside vineyards (between 300 and 650 meters above sea level) with good exposure along the Sabato river valley, a tributary of the Calore river in the province of Avellino.
The vines cling to clay, sandy or limestone rocks.

Oenological technique:
Manual harvest in the first ten days of October, static decantation of the must after soft pressing of the bunches; inoculation with selected yeasts on the clear, fermentation and aging in steel.
Organoleptic characteristics
Visual examination: straw yellow color with golden reflections.
Olfactory test: fresh scent of white peach followed by citrus sensations.
Taste test: it is fine on the palate, not too voluminous but full and satisfying, fresh. Finish rich in flavor that enhances the persistence of taste.
